BMW is loose on the special series in 2012. There is Triple Black, Rally, Sertão, of the Trophy – and in the Ks, a 1300 S HP and here a 1300 R Special. If the sportivo-GT previously mentioned is equipped with a good series of equipment giving it a clear sporting bent, the R roadster arouses only very moderate enthusiasm in this Carbon version.. This is just one more color, mixing black and gray with a few speckled patterns on the tank, punching a yellow R on the sides (no comment). We are entitled to a carbon engine spoiler, but it is especially the HP shifter that will interest us the most, in order to exploit the 173 horsepower of the Bavarian 4-cylinder even faster. A power that allows the K 1300 R to remain one of the most powerful roadsters on the market, and its intrinsic look continues to call out even 7 years after its release..
