Japauto at the top
Japauto (Honda) acquires Patrick Pons (Yamaha)
The Vilaseca family, owners of the famous Parisian concession Japauto – "the largest concession in Europe" as they like to define themselves – have just added a string to their bow by recently buying the Patrick Pons brands. And what a chord, since it is nothing more or less of the seven Yamaha dealerships located in Paris. By itself, Japauto claims "2,200 motorcycles sold each year", which is rather impressive even in a booming market! As for the Patrick Pons establishments, they have just recruited the former marketing director of Voxan, Marc Fontan.
