MV Agusta Brutale in pocket format

Cyclone, a brand of the Chinese motorcycle manufacturer Zongshen, has introduced the new Breakout 125. This looks like an MV Agusta Brutale in pocket format.

D.he Breakout 125 relies on the niche of small-format 125s with small wheels in which only the Honda models MSX and Monkey as well as the Benelli TNT125 and various Skyteam models are currently on the German market.

Visually, the Cyclone Breakout 125 snotty mimics the MV Agusta Brutale. Tank-bench line, red partial lattice frame, USD fork and three exhaust tailpipes – everything is known from the Italian noble model. However, the Chinese saved the single-arm swing arm.

10.8 hp single

Of course, the technical key data does not come close to the 800 from Italy. The Breakout relies on an air-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke single with two-valve technology, which generates 10.8 hp and 8.8 Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a five-speed gearbox and chain. It decelerates with two disc brakes (220 mm at the front and 200 mm at the rear). The curb weight is given as 118 kilograms. The 13 liter tank enables a range of a good 400 kilometers.

The Breakout uses 12-inch cast rims with a 120/70 tire at the front and a 130/70 tire at the rear. The total length is 1.79 meters, the wheelbase is 1,220 mm and the seat height is 760 mm.

The Cyclone Breakout 125 is not sold in Germany, but at our French neighbors. The pocket bike is available in two colors from 2,199 euros.
