Carbon Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R from Raptik
Karbon-Gixxer from Switzerland
In cooperation with No Limit Tuning, Raptik from Switzerland has put a chic Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R on its wheels, which is largely made of carbon.
You really can’t say that the Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R looks unsportsmanlike by nature – the carbon-Gixxer from the Swiss customizer Raptik presented in this article goes one step further when it comes to sportiness. The carbon Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R was put on the wheels in close cooperation with No Limit Tuning and was also on display at Swiss Moto in February 2020.
Carbon as far as the eye can see
The basis is the Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R built in 2017 (L7). The renovation measures not only affect the look of the Gixxer. The performance of the Karbon-Gixxer should also be increased by the customizers. The weight could be reduced thanks to the numerous carbon parts. When dry, the Gixxer from Raptik should weigh 175 kilograms. For comparison: In the production version, the Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R without ABS weighs 200 kilograms; with ABS it is 202 kilos.

The rims are also made of carbon and come from ThyssenKrupp. Akrapovic contributes the exhaust system. The main area of application of the Karbon-Gixxer is without a doubt on the racetrack. In addition to the numerous carbon parts, some components of the bike are painted blue, which rounds off the sporty Suzuki look.
