EMos WYLD

Mini e-chopper maxi-cool

The EMos WYLD-Mini-Chopper with electric drive is arriving from Australia. As small as it is, it should be as big "Born-to-be-wild"-Fail factor.

W.if he wants to go for ultra-cool chopper drivers with an absolutely pure environmental conscience in his residential area, he should turn his gaze to Australia. The Brisbane-based company EMos is launching the WYLD, a small electric chopper that looks like a lot of driving fun.

50 km / h fast, up to 90 km far

The EMOS WYlD stands on wide 12-inch wheels and mimics the ideal chopper style with its towering handlebars and the steeply sloping line. The tubular steel cantilever swing arm is supported by two spring struts. The optional 2 or 3 kW electric motor with a torque of up to 95 Nm is located as a hub motor in the rear wheel, while the lithium-ion battery, which can be removed from the side, is located in front of it in the central housing. Three battery sizes are available – 12, 20 or 30 Ah. The energy storage device can be recharged at the conventional socket in around 5 hours. The maximum range should be 90 kilometers. A top speed of 50 km / h is completely sufficient for cruising through the residential area.

Even weighing just 82 kilograms, the WYLD can tow up to 200 kilograms – as a single-seater. We delayed with a disc brake at the front, attached to the filigree telescopic fork. The lighting is based on LED technology and running light flashers. A TFT display in the cockpit bundles all relevant data.

In Australia, the EMos WYLD is available from the equivalent of 1,800 euros. An export is currently not planned.
