Futura Robo
Electric scooter with a range of 135 km
Electric scooter Futura expands the product range with the Robo, which competes in the 125cc class. With an output of 4 kW, it is up to 75 km / h and can travel up to 135 kilometers.
E.Electric scooter supplier Futura would like to enter a class higher than before with the Robo. The new Robo offers an electric motor with a peak output of 4 kW, the continuous output is 3 kW. The maximum torque stated is 230 Nm. This means that the Robo, which is approved for two people, should reach a top speed of up to 75 km / h. Variants with a top speed of 25 and 45 km / h are also optionally available. If it is equipped with two lithium-ion battery packs, the maximum range should be 135 kilometers. The batteries weigh 9 kilograms each and have a capacity of 20 Ah.
With the promotion to the next higher class, the wheelbase of the "Robo" was increased compared to the regular models in order to still guarantee stability and safety at higher speeds. The Robo now has a total length of 1.75 meters. The shock absorbers have also been improved. A modified steering angle should guarantee further handiness. The seat height is 85 centimeters. The maximum payload mentioned is 200 kilograms.

Because the two batteries are located in the footwell, there is still space under the seat for a helmet compartment. The Robo is started by fingerprint on the touch sensor – similar to activation on smartphones. Up to 5 different people can be stored here with their signature.
The cockpit of the Robo is fully digital, the lighting is based on LED technology. The Robo will be available from April 2020 at prices starting at 3,699 euros. Whoever buys gets the scooter fully assembled and delivered by a shipping company. In addition, the customer has a five-day test drive right.
