Motorcycle news: Interesting bikes for 2008

A casual seating on low-edge, wide ride boards and a novel automatic transmission: the DN-01 wants to make it easy for your rider. Easy, everything Easy!
Heavy only the assignment of the Japanese border worker that does not adapt to any scheme. In May she comes to us, there is time enough for speculation. After all, in the face of the ride boards, you should not only think of a maxi scooter. Because even real motorcycle genes can be found, especially since the 680 cubic centimeter large, liquid-cooled V2 with fuel injection and 4-valve heads for just under 70 hp should be good – the relative engine of the Deauville makes 65. In Germany, DN-01 also rolls as standard with ABS at the start.
People friendly power transmission
That may actually actually act conventionally, the HFT transmission is certainly not. Human-Friendly Transmission is called the automatic. No strap, no gears, but a hydraulic transducer mixture together with cardan worried the power transmission, which is done in three modes. Drive, sport and manual 6-speed at the push of a button are available to choose from. Thus, in particular, the DN-01 will respond to those customers who just want to drive motorcycle, but a scooter banking.
Nippon fighter
On the other hand, completely different tones strikes the CB1000R with its rows cylinders borrowed from the fireblade. The motion knitted on steam in the middle speed range is likely to be potent enough with its 125 or 128 hp first for fleet landstrease tours, especially since the rest of the Honda frauds lightweight construction. So the aluminum frame reminds the 600-Hornet, while the end pot emigrated under the engine. Overhighlights are the upside-down fork with radial brake calipers, the aggressively drawn headlights in the look of an insect head and especially the single-arm rear swingething that releases the view of a sinfully beautiful rear wheel. Greedy looks of fans sporty streetfighters are sure.

  1. A nice car from Bologna???
Una Macchina is called "a machine", meaning in Italian but "a car". … A motorcycle is una moto.

  2. My useless comment
I find the optics of some motorcycles "hot" (Quote Bohlen). Harley-Davidson eg is a true enjoyment for my eyes. And occasionally I look at this TV show with pleasure "American Choppers" at. But my enthusiasm for motorcycles is already exhausting. Because far too many drivers drive far too aggressive, fast, dangerous and V.a loud.

  3. Assembled in Germany
If you want to believe Wikipedia, the 650s single cylinder of ROTAX G-models is manufactured in China and the 450s single cylinder comes from Kymco in Taiwan. It means soon then CMW instead of BMW?

  4. BMW G 450 x
is finished in Berlin, the engine is manufactured in China. The production was relocated by Rotax to Loncin. By the way, the 650 engine is produced there too. So much only to: "Made in Germany"

  5. BMW G450X
The ready to drive 199 kilos at the BMW G450X must probably be a misprint, so the sportenduro would be completely independent.

  6. Please do not rejected comments
Whether you need the bikes or not, no motorcycle friend suggests the car friend his UPS or CARRERA. So we may have our joy at the partially priceless motorcycles.
