Kawasaki Z 900 Captain America

The superhero superbike

The Swiss Kawasaki dealer 2-Rad Wehrli Belp has paid homage to the superhero Captain America on two wheels. The redesigned Kawasaki Z 900 is now celebrating its premiere at the Swiss Moto.

The helmet manufacturer HJC has various full-face helmets with designs that are based on superheroes from the Marvel universe. One of them honors Captain America. Inspired by this, the Kawasaki dealer 2-Rad Wehrli Belp south of Bern has one Kawasaki Z 900 built in the Captain America look. The superhero naked bike celebrated its public premiere at the Swiss Moto in Zurich.

Technology hardly changed

In terms of conversions, however, the Swiss held back, especially the lacquer dress was completely redesigned. Nevertheless, let’s first take a look at the hardware: The rear has been made airier with a short license plate holder. The serial indicators had to give way to LED mini direction indicators. The cladding was expanded to include a front spoiler. A Leovince exhaust system with carbon holder replaces the standard exhaust system for the eyes and ears. The passenger footrests are completely omitted. The conversion is rounded off by various covers and attachments made of blue anodized aluminum.

Blue then also leads to the Captain America livery. The Swiss applied the typical Captain America shield with a central star to the tank on the blue base color. It reappears in various forms on the radiator panels and the side covers. The brown leather-covered solo bench has gray and red lacquer. Wing emblems on the front mask take up the wings on Captain America’s hood. Front spoiler and front fender are adorned with a capital A. On the engine side covers, there are emblems in the aforementioned shield look.

HJC

Kawasaki dealer 2-Rad Wehrli Belp will of course have the right HJC helmet for the bike.
