Surprised last week – and unwittingly of his own accord – during a driving session on the open road, a KTM prototype begins to be talked about on the Internet. From the first pictures – super sharp, congratulations to the paparazzi! -, it seems that the 990 SMT will soon have a replacement !
Inaugurated in 2014 on the "thing" of KTM (read our), the twin cylinder of 1290 cc and 180 horsepower (in the free world, or in France from 2016!) Was discovered this fall barely calm (160 hp! ) on the future 1290 Super Adventure.
It is most likely this version of the LC8 that will equip – end of 2015, beginning of 2016? -, the motorcycle shot during a recent taxiing, in the Spanish Pyrenees. Cycle part level, the engineers of Mattighoffen undoubtedly reinforced the rear loop in order to fix the imposing suitcases there … even a top-case, as on a certain Ducati? (read our).
