New communication for the Paris Motor Show
The next Paris motorcycle show – which should be remembered "Mondial" – unveiled this morning its new car and motorcycle communication media, in the form of posters and video spots that are deliberately "disruptive". Presentation.
On the black background of the posters, hands. Just hands. However, this is not the communication of the nail salon that AMC Promotion presented this morning, nor that of conductors, puppeteers or magicians, nor that of boxing or handcuffs and even less of fist fucking, but indeed that of cars and motorcycles, which will take place in Paris from October 4 to 14, 2018 at Porte de Versailles.

Gloved hands (sport or "lifestyle" type) on an imaginary handlebars for the Mondial de la Moto, and bare hands (of men and women) around a steering wheel just as absent for the Paris Motor Show . These visuals imagined by Lucas Mongiello (Havas) are deliberately "disruptive", underlines the general commissioner of the exhibition Jean-Claude Girot, anxious to stand out from other world exhibitions.
They are visuals "simple and elegant like luxury objects", explains the designer who wanted "to convey" an image "more premium and more luxurious, while maintaining a popular base in the good sense of the word".
Self-mockery with the mouth
On the video side, the tone is just as offbeat and without a vehicle … but much more fun! Performed – and brilliantly sounded in the mouth! – by the German car designer Stephan Fahr-Becker (Audi), these small films illustrate for the Mondial de la moto a motorcycle driver and that of a scooter driver at speeds, type PX 125.
And to get a "viral" communication – which costs significantly less than a TV, web or cinema broadcast! -, Internet users will naturally be invited to noise their own scenes on the networks. May the best win !
