The CRS GEMA Prevention track celebrates its 10th anniversary !

Since 2001, the road education trail CRS GEMA Prevention has introduced – free of charge – teenagers to driving a moped and holders of the B license for more than two years to driving a 125 cc two-wheeler. (read our Report of March 19, 2005).

Led by the Republican Security Companies (CRS) in partnership with the 49 member companies – including the Mutuelle des Motards – of the European Group of Mutual Insurance Companies (GEMA), this intelligent prevention initiative already has ten years of activity and some 100,000 candidates sensitized !

Offered everywhere in France (see the 2011 calendar below), the program of the CRS GEMA Prevention road education track is organized around two workshops: a theoretical part where traffic rules are discussed and a practical part during which participants take the handlebars of a 50 cc or a 125 cc on the CRS GEMA secure course.

In 2010, 8,103 adolescents and 941 adults benefited from the benefits of this initiative sponsored by Christophe Guyot, the emblematic team manager of GMT 94.
