"We worked methodically during the winter break and I think we will be ready to fight from the first round", declares Andrea Dovizioso, recalling that "the times of the tests, especially those of Qatar, do not fully reflect reality because most of the drivers worked on their racing pace ".
"On our side, we collected a lot of interesting data and we analyzed them in depth to develop the best possible strategy before this event", continues the n ° 4. "We will be able to better assess our level and that of our competitors once we get back to the track, but what matters is that so far, my feelings on the bike have been very good".
His new teammate Danilo Petrucci says he is "satisfied with the winter tests" and "ready to start a new season".
"Since my first outing with the team I have tried to optimize my approach, both physically and mentally, to make the most of this opportunity," said Petrux. “I have also made drastic changes in my training and my diet and I feel more ready than ever to fight this battle. We have been fast in every test session this winter, but what matters is the race. and that’s generally another story.
