FMA trains its employees and policyholders in motorcycle safety
During the FMA Days on the Carole circuit, FMA will unveil the Safety Pack operation with which the insurer intends to set an example for its policyholders: training of its biker employees through piloting courses, with Esquad pants as a gift..
Last date of the four FMA Days scheduled for this year, the motorcycle riding day supervised by the De Radiguès Rider School on September 10 in Carole will be the opportunity for France Motos Assurances (FMA) to initiate a new and interesting concept: the "pack safety "intended for employees of the brand practicing motorcycles.
Based on the principle that the players in the motorcycle world must set an example, the CEO of the company, Pascal Jaumouille, has indeed decided to train his employees traveling on two-wheelers through FMA Day’s internships and also their offer suitable pants, in this case reinforced Esquad jeans whose Armalith composition offers good abrasion resistance (read and read).
Open to all FMA policyholders, these driving courses have the ambition "to allow all policyholders to improve their driving". The goal is to emphasize"on the right reflexes to adopt on the circuit and a fortiori, to put into practice on the road", points out the insurer who is quite proud to have nearly 250 participants in these days this year! A success undoubtedly exacerbated by the tempting cost offered by FMA: at € 29 per course, the FMA Days are certainly the cheapest supervised ski days in France !
These days are "the essential complement to a motorcycle driving license which is not exempt from gaps", indicates to Site Julien Boyer from FMA, who sees an action"in favor of road safety". That is why, "as an actor aware of his responsibilities and concerned about the safety of bikers in general", the management of the company had the idea of offering this" safety pack "to its 45 biker employees, in order to demonstrate to its customers that the advice preached is indeed implemented..
An original and fun concept – but what about non-biker FMA employees? – from the insurer, who specifies that if the helmet and the jacket are standard practice, the wearing of suitable pants remains confidential: "we want to lead by example", continues Julien Boyer."During the day of September 10 in Carole, four of our employees will be initiated and our policyholders will be able to see that we are concerned about their safety and that FMA is mobilizing for the safety of "its" bikers as well as of all bikers, in promoting complete equipment adapted to driving a two-wheeler and specific training on the circuit often acclaimed by bikers themselves".
