The Yamaha XJR 1300 and Yamaha SR 400 will be discontinued in 2017

Yamaha has officially confirmed that the XJR 1300 and SR 400 models will no longer be in the range from 2017. In honor of the two air-cooled classics, we have selected the most beautiful pictures from the archive.
W.If you want a new copy of one of the two air-cooled bikes, you have to have it registered once by December 2016. A later initial registration will no longer be possible in Germany due to the strict Euro4 emissions standard that will apply from 2017.
So there is not much time left to get hold of a new Yamaha XJR 1300 or Yamaha SR 400. The Yamaha XV 950 will remain in the program. This makes the chopper the last air-cooled Yamaha.
