Race Flex 2: Vario fork bridge for racing use
Race Flex 2
Vario fork bridge for racing use
The new Race Flex 2 triple clamps allow the continuous adjustment of caster, steering head angle and offset without dismantling. But only for racing use.

RaceFlex 2 is, as the name suggests, the improved version of the Race Flex 1, which was introduced almost ten years ago. The new Race Flex 2 now enables a stepless change of caster, steering head angle and offset to any desired value within the setting range.
Infinitely adjustable
With the standard fork bridge, the values ββfor the linear adjustment range are between plus 18 and minus 13 millimeters. The steering head angle can be varied by plus 3.5 to minus 3.5 degrees. If customers want larger adjustment ranges, these can also be implemented, the manufacturer promises.
Kilianski
How does the adjustment work? A longitudinally displaceable element is installed in the upper and lower triple clamps, in which the steering stem tube is rotatably mounted. The sliding elements can be moved parallel or flat against each other and thus result in the adjustment range. Only a few clamping screws have to be loosened for this. The final strength results from specially designed self-locking washers. The settings are read off from an attached scale. The following video of the Race Flex 1 shows how it works.
Tailor-made for every fork diameter
The Race Flex 2 triple clamps are manufactured by CNC processing from high-strength aluminum 7075. The weight should be just two kilograms. All triple clamps, with double clamps at the top and triple clamps at the bottom, are custom-made and are precisely tailored to the fork diameter specified by the customer. In addition, the manufacturer needs the dimensions of the steering stem. If you like it colorful, you can choose from nine anodized colors for an additional charge.

The Race Flex 2 triple clamps can be combined with all common stub and tubular handlebars. Special requests can be taken into account in production. The Race Flex fork bridges are protected by utility model, but not permitted for road traffic. According to the manufacturer, however, they have already proven themselves several times on the racetrack.
The Race Flex 2 triple clamps are available from 1,950 euros directly from the manufacturer via the sales contact Bernd Kilianski, kilianski@ewe.net , 0174-8023898.
Conclusion
Those who like to experiment with the chassis geometry of their racing motorcycle will find an extremely flexible partner in the Race Flex 2 triple clamps.
