Racing team Moto Speed Twin Kit
Triumph retro twin trimmed for sporty
The Triumph Speed Twin with its systems is a perfect basis for a sporty cafe racer, thought the customizers at Rennstall Moto and developed the Speed Twin kit.
Hinter Rennstall Moto, based in the Bavarian town of Kranzberg near Freising, are the engineer Philipp Ludwig and the designer Krzysztof Szews, both of whom are already involved with fuel forge and Man & the Machines Design have their own custom label at the start. Together they develop a cafe racer kit for the current Triumph Speed Twin. The project is in the final phase, but the kit can already be reserved. Prices are not yet known.
As a kit or in parts
The racing team moto kit for the Triumph Speed Twin consists of a front fairing with a tinted windshield, new steering stubs in combination with a lowering kit (three centimeters) for the front light and instruments. A Cafe Racer rear and a front spoiler complete the composition. With the conversion, the retro bike becomes a single-seater. Nothing on the bike has to be changed permanently to assemble the kit parts. Only original attachment points are provided for assembly. All cladding parts are delivered ready to be painted. Parts in the original Triumph colors will also be available later. The front fairing and belly pan also fit other Triumph models.
All parts can be ordered and installed independently of one another. For example, the front fairing also works with the standard handlebar and the standard headlight position. All attachment parts and installation instructions are included. Because the kit triggered a lot of feedback from fans even before it was completed, a cafe racer rear for the Thruxton is already firmly planned at Rennstall Moto.

Numerous elements have also been blackened out on the photo motorcycle. The series exhaust had to give way to a Hattech 2-in-2 special system with raised mufflers. This also goes into series production with other silencer variants. The rear stereo shock absorbers come from Touratech and were specially designed for this project. Rizoma contributes mini-LED indicators and new handlebar end mirrors. The shortened license plate holder comes from Raisch Heck Weck.
