FSBK: Adrien Protat loses his life at Le Mans (72)

"From the first lap, Adrien Protat fell at the Dunlop footbridge", relates the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO). In serious condition, Adrien Protat was transferred to the circuit medical center where he died shortly after his arrival. , as a result of his injuries ".

The rest of the entire Le Mans round was then suspended in agreement with the ACO, the French Motorcycling Federation (FFM), the race management and the delegates of the drivers of the event. "The ACO and the FFM will not make any comments until the precise circumstances of the accident are fully determined," said the ruling.
