Widely used in Japan, the Suzuki Van Van is finally arriving in France. The idea dates back more than 30 years, that of a simple, reliable machine, powered by a 2-stroke and equipped with large wheels ensuring comfort and allowing you to go anywhere. Yamaha was largely inspired by it and, after having designed the TW 200 on this same concept, the manufacturer declined it in version 125 which achieves the success that we know today.. We could say seeing the Van Van land now that Suzuki has copied the TW while it is the other way around … The Japanese market is not ours! ! Thus, if the Van Van does not bring much new, it takes the same good ideas, namely a fun and pleasant machine, which is the joy of the owner for walks in town and on the seashore. This little trail benefits from a mono slightly more punchy than that of the TW, as well as a gearbox 6. In 2007, compliance with anti-pollution standards led the VanVan to exchange its carburetor for an injection system. Will this be enough to counter the Yam already well installed? ?
