Yamaha XVS 650 DRAGSTAR 2005

Menus

With its beautiful size, the 650 Dragstar could play with larger machines. Attractive and rewarding, the Yam is adorned with large mudguards, sparkles many chrome, and throws a max with its big fork and its dummy clutch housing. With a nice big tank integrating the instrumentation and its Softail-type chassis, it almost looks like it wants to look like a Fat Boy. Who knows … anyway, it’s a nice custom. Its twin does not tear its arms for lack of torque but understands to be quick to use and available without blushing at low revs. The transmission is carried out by cardan shaft, with one essential quality: forgetting. No more worrying about the inconvenience of a chain, and it fades while driving. Not as heavy as it is big, the Dragstar remains manoeuvrable but not really comfortable. Sitting in a typical custom position, expect a few snowshoes in the back on rough roads. Yeah, well that isn \ ‘t a GT you wanted to buy…
