Honda improves its Vision for Euro5 2021 standards
The NSC Vision 110 – economical large-wheeled scooter – receives a new, slightly more efficient single-cylinder, as well as a frame weighed down by 2 kg and additional equipment. Presentation.
Designed by and for the Asian market, the Vision 110 is a small utility scooter with limited performance due to its displacement, but with an excellent price-performance ratio.. A bit like the PCX 125 in short, but in big wheel format.

Honda makes it pass the Euro5 standards without disrupting its fundamentals, in particular its basic single-cylinder design which retains two valves and air cooling. This 109.5 cc engine develops more or less the same performance: 8.7 hp and 9 Nm, against 8.4 hp and 8.7 Nm in 2020.
In other words: it is better to avoid expressways insofar as its maximum speed is around 90 km / h. More at ease in the city center, the Vision slips through it thanks to its narrow tires (80 and 90 mm) and its featherweight of 100 kg, down by 2 kg by means of a new steel frame.
Pragmatic !
Economical, the "NSC Vision 110" – its full name – emphasizes the reductions in its mechanical friction to reduce its consumption by "5%" with only "1.8 l / 100 km", well helped also by its practical device of ” automatic shutdown after three seconds at idle.
Calculator in hand, MNC notes that this scooter made in China can in theory travel 270 km before having siphoned off its 4.9-liter tank, a tiny capacity induced by its large-wheel architecture with flat floor. Its saddle is also located at 785 mm.
Despite its small dimensions and its 16 and 14-inch wheels, the Vision nevertheless has a 17.7-liter trunk sufficient to accommodate a helmet, while its apron accommodates a storage compartment and a tie-down hook. Better yet: the luggage carrier comes standard, while the "Smart-key" keyless start makes its appearance.
Its dashboard retains the needle speed display, but its small LCD screen would display "additional information," according to Honda. This rustic instrumentation is in keeping with the philosophy and the look of this primarily functional scooter..
This is also evidenced by its bulb lighting as well as its antique rear drum brake, whose action is nevertheless combined with that of the front disc (C-ABS). The Vision 110 goes to the essentials to contain its price to 2,499 euros (in black, red or white), which is half the price of a Forza 125 !
- MNC practical guide:
It will be available from "March", warns Honda France before indicating that this Vision is the last A1 model "updated for 2021". Six other new motorcycles and scooters are accessible to A1 motorcycle licenses or to motorists (B license with 7-hour training):,,,, and .
