Tried Macna Passage
Gloves for the cold season
Despite its rather short shape, the Macna Passage is said to be ideal for use in colder temperatures. The practical test shows whether he succeeds.

Short and sweet through the cold season, that’s what the Passage glove by Macna is tailored to. Where other winter finger cots wear thick and long cuffs, they only have a short, stretchy fabric waistband. It closes the hand well, but the cold air can wipe through the jacket sleeve. Then you get goose bumps.
Sizes tend to be small
Due to the pure fabric waistband as an arm cuff, there is no additional anti-slip protection in addition to the width adjustment on the back of the hand. Otherwise, the security equipment is adequate. Soft goatskin is used on the palm for a good grip, while the outer hand is adorned with a polyester 600D fabric. Fall pads on the back of the hand, the finger joints and the ball of the hand round off the safety package in addition to a reflective strip.
The passage also has a Raintex membrane to keep moisture out. It may not be the first choice for long tours in the dead of winter, but it also proves to be a top companion for quick excursions into the city, even in autumnal temperatures. But be careful: the sizes are rather small, it’s better to choose one size larger than usual.
Noticed positively: Ideal companion for the city, warms well
Noticed negatively: a little sweaty at high temperatures
Sizes: S to 3XL
Price: 69.95 euros
MOTORCYCLE Rating: 4 stars out of a possible 5
Conclusion
The Macna Passage is also suitable for use in the city in cold temperatures. For longer trips, however, a glove with long cuffs is more recommended.
