In 2011, Benelli celebrated his 100th birthday. The small family workshop in Pesaro certainly did not expect such longevity when cars and bikes were repaired there at the beginning of the 20th century. And then there was the Motoleggera in 1921, the victory in the Tourist Trophy in 1939, the 750 Sei in the 70s, the decline…. And in return shattering in the spotlight with the remarkable Tornado and TnT. It’s the roadster that will carry the honor of celebrating Benelli’s centenary on its shoulders. But let’s not get carried away because the bride’s dowry is not that generous. This CENTURY RACER Edition is an 1130 Cafe Racer featuring special paint, ‘100 Anniversary’ sticker and vintage Benelli logo.
New Brembo radial brake calipers, revised suspensions, alcantara saddle and new injection mapping are developments adopted by all 1130 TnTs and not just reserved for the special edition. Even if the design has not changed since the appearance of the TnT is a good series of years, this Century 1130 Racer is a very beautiful machine, endowed with the punch of a mechanics with a strong character..
