These additional customs duties (from 6 to 31%) would lead to "an average additional cost of 2200 US dollars" (1880 euros) on the purchase price of a Harley in Europe, estimates the manufacturer who has therefore decided today that "within about 18 months" – ie early 2020 – its models for Europe would be manufactured in its relocated factories…
