Judicial liquidation confirmed for Voxan

Confirming increasingly insistent rumors, and as it was unfortunately very likely since the end of last year (read), our colleagues from La Montagne indicate today that the Clermont-Ferrand commercial court has ruled correctly the judicial liquidation of Voxan last night for lack of a serious buyer (read our).

The twelve employees still working at the Issoire plant are therefore unemployed and the assets of the French company which only registered 28 motorcycles last year should be sold at auction..

The court therefore decided to reject the takeover proposal made by the mysterious Fortune Immobilière du Luxembourg (read in particular) and that of the engine manufacturer Sodemo based in Magny-Cours (Nièvre). But according to La Montagne, the boss of Sodemo, Guillaume Maillard, "reserves the right to appeal this decision"…
