Facelift and new price for 2020

New aerodynamics package, traction control from the R version and the latest quickshifter – these are the most striking changes for the Ducati Panigale V4 and V4 S in the 2020 model year.
What’s new in the 2020 vintage of the D.ucati Panigale V4 / V4 S? Among other things, the price: At 22,790 euros, the entry price is now 500 euros higher than before. The Panigale V4 S also costs exactly 500 euros upwards: it costs from 28,890 euros in the 2020 model year. In terms of output, it remains at 214 hp (157 kW) and 124 Nm maximum torque.
From the R version parts shelf
There are changes in terms of aerodynamics, chassis, electronic control and ride by wire mapping. From the R version, both inherit the aerodynamic package, consisting of a higher windshield as well as lush front and side panels and winglets. This should not only improve the wind protection for the driver, but also the stability of the motorcycle.
The Evo II traction control system also comes from the Panigale V4 R to make it easier to control the power at corner exit, and the Evo II Quickshifter, which is supposed to ensure even sportier gear changes beyond 10,000 rpm.
Ducati Panigale V4 2020 with new mapping
In terms of chassis, some parameters such as rigidity and height of the center of gravity have been redefined, which should ensure better handling and controllability. In addition, from the 2020 model year, Ducati Panigale V4 and V4 S will have a new ride by wire mapping with various setting options for the torque output: race track, sport and road modes are on board.
The V4 engine with 1,103 cm³ displacement remains with both the basic Panigale V4 and the S version. Only the even more powerful Panigale V4 R, which has not changed, continues to use 998 cm3.
The new Ducati Panigale V4 and V4 S 2020 are each available in “Ducati Red”.
