Ducati is giving the Supersport a new model name, improved equipment and a sportier look for the 2021 model year. Nevertheless, she remains true to her nature as a touring athlete.

Visually closer to the V4

The most obvious change concerns the name. The Supersport becomes the Supersport 950, which is also still available in an S version. The visual approach to the sporty top model Panigale V4 cannot be overlooked either. The panel is pulled down further on the flanks. The side gills are also new. The new front with the new symmetrical LED headlights makes an evil eye. The Supersport is more of a racer, but it is also more confusing within the Ducati family.

Ducati has stepped up when it comes to equipping the Supersport 950. For the 2021 model year, in addition to the already mentioned LED headlights with daytime running lights, cornering ABS and a standard quickshifter with blipper function are also available. The driver receives more and more beautifully prepared information with the new 4.3-inch TFT display. A newly upholstered bench ensures more seating comfort.

Euro 5 with unchanged performance

The adaptation of the V2 to the Euro 5 standard is mandatory for 2021. The 937 cm³ V2 survives this without any loss of performance. It remains unchanged at 110 hp and 93 Nm torque.

The Ducati Supersport 950 is offered as a basic version with a fully adjustable Marzocchi fork and an adjustable Sachs shock absorber. The S variant linked on an Ohlins chassis. The color selection is limited to white and red. The prices are 13,050 euros for the Supersport 950 and 15,050 euros for the S version.
