Ducati SCRAMBLER 800 Urban Enduro 2016

Menus

Within the Scrambler family, the Urban Enduro version is certainly the most cheeky. With her, we really want to go rummaging in the streets of the city but even more to go and taunt rabbits and chestnuts in the middle of the forest. A real little devil for a rural skirmish.

The Scrambler takes on a new appearance thanks to a nice series of modifications. We immediately notice the raised front fender, the spoked rims, the Wild Green color and the large brown stitched saddle. Just there, we switch to urban cross mode; or off-road tinted fun, your choice. Add to the troublemaker Ducati a few details that kill and no need to even simmer. The Scrambler Urban Enduro snaps its gaze with a protective grille on the headlight, wants to laugh at the stones with its engine spoiler, assumes its choice with a red X on the sides of the tank and announces the atmosphere with a reinforcement bar on the handlebars and fork guards.

Under the cosmetic, the Urban Enduro retains the same attributes as the 800 Scrambler, a twin of 803 cm3 and 75 hp for 6.9 mkg, a small steel trellis frame, an inverted fork of 41 mm, a set of brake discs (Front: 330 mm + Brembo 4 piston caliper – Rear: 265 mm + 1 piston caliper) assisted by a Bosch 9.1 MP ABS, 150 mm of suspension travel, an atypical pneumatic mounting with a 110 in 18 inches at the front and a 180 in 17 inches at the rear, a few kilos more than the Icon with 176 kg dry and exclusive cobblestone tires.
Apart from the price which makes less laughter, the Scrambler X immediately makes you want to have fun. Imagine Pithivier going to report to the 7th company on such a machine…
