Kesstech and Remus become partners

The exhaust manufacturers Kesstech and Remus steer together towards the future. Both companies want to work closely together in the areas of development and sales.

MEC GmbH, to which the Kesstech brand belongs, and the Remus Innovation GmbH have concluded a cooperation agreement to create a corporate partnership. The two companies are bundling their competencies in order to jointly develop and sell products for the motorcycle world in the future.

MEC benefits from Remus’ development expertise in this collaboration. Remus, on the other hand, has strong access to the chopper and cruiser segment through the Kesstech brand.

Very different partners

Kesstech is best known for its valve exhaust systems for models from the Harley-Davidson, Indian and BMW brands. Exhaust systems for other brands are to follow. Since 2021, non-adjustable exhaust systems have also been part of the brand’s portfolio. The exhaust manufacturer employs over 55 people at the Obertheres site and has been in business for 30 years.

Remus employs around 1,000 people and sees itself as the world leader in sports exhaust systems. In addition to numerous tuners, numerous vehicle manufacturers such as Mercedes AMG, Porsche, Bentley, McLaren, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, BMW, KTM and Ducati are among Remus’ OEM customers.
