Realignment after the KTM takeover

Almost a year ago, the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM took over the Spanish off-road specialist GasGas. The completely renovated model range for the year 2021 has now been presented.

GasGas accelerates. The Spaniards have now presented a complete range of off-road motorcycles from the motocross, enduro and cross country segments. The portfolio, which included 19 models, ranges from the two-stroke mini-crosser MC 50 to the four-stroke cross-country model EX 450F. Most of the technology in the new models comes from the parent company KTM. All models eligible for approval are homologated according to Euro 5. The styling of the new GasGas models was specially developed for the Spaniards. The color scheme remained traditionally red.

In the motocross area, the Spaniards compete with the two-stroke MC 125 and the four-stroke MC 250 F and MC 450 F. There are also the children’s crossers MC 50, MC 65 and MC 85 – all with two-stroke engines – as well as the electric crosser MC-E 5.

Cross-country customers can look forward to the two-stroke models EX 300 and the four-stroke versions EX 250 F, EX 350 F and EX 450 F..

When it comes to sport enduros, the Spaniards compete with the EC 250 and EC 300 (both two-stroke models) and the four-stroke EC 250 F and EC 350 F models.

Based on the tried and tested GasGas technology, the two-stroke trialers TXT Racing 125, TXT Racing 250, TXT Racing 280 and TXT Racing 300 are available for the model year.

Prices and market launch dates have not yet been announced.
