Lionel Favre (Peugeot Scooters): Two-wheelers are the natural answer to traffic problems

With 2,046 registrations in 2017, Peugeot Scooters posted a decline of -36.6% in the French market for 125 and more scooters but attested to an increase of + 38.8% in the three-wheeler market.
