Kawasaki 750 ZX-7 R 1998

The ZX-7R is a legend, a machine crowned with Endurance victories, Kawa’s pride in all its glory. The RR version is THE Kawasakist fantasy. If the machine begins to show the weight of years, especially at the level of the scale, its qualities are however immortal. Stability, stiffness and precision are of a very high level on the 7 R; Relatively slow to change angles, its neutrality and excellent suspensions partly erase this heaviness. The boiler offers a lot, allowing a sport or “ride” use. Coupled, angry and expressive, the mill enchants as long as it is not restrained. The gearbox is perfect, the braking even better: it combines boundless power, ideal feeling and unlimited resistance to heating. The excellent work of the suspensions makes it easy to control the machine during hard braking. This worthy representative of the premier class must now fight against particularly sharp 600s, super-powerful and super-light 1000s, and a devilish 750 GSX-R which brilliantly combines the two.
