Kawasaki Ninja H2 and H2 Carbon

231 hp, Euro 4 + self-healing paint

The Kawasaki Ninja H2 is now producing 231 instead of 200 hp – and is Euro 4 compliant. It also gets a new coat of paint – in a color with self-healing powers.

31 HP power increase. That is an announcement. So the Kawasaki Ninja H2 then a total of 231 hp. The Ninja H2 partly owes its new strength to the parts shelf of the current touring variant Ninja H2 SX, from which it takes, for example, the air filter, the intake chamber, spark plugs and the electronic control unit.

Self-healing paint

In addition to the new Bridgestone RS11, the Kawasaki Ninja H2 is equipped with the new “Stylema” brake calipers from Brembo and there is now a TFT display with Bluetooth functionality in the cockpit. The TFT cockpit looks exactly like that of the Ninja H2 SX SE, but can also be connected to the smartphone. Using the Kawasaki "Rideology" app, all bike information can then be played on the mobile phone, such as the current tank level, battery status, logbook and service interval updates.

There are also a few visual changes for the Kawasaki Ninja H2: The new compressor charger emblem now makes it clear to anyone who is ignorant that they are dealing with something special. What is really special, however, is the new color – it should not only be very durable, but also have self-healing properties. According to the manufacturer, slight scratches and scuffs should heal themselves in a suitably warm ambient temperature. From the automotive sector, we already know the layers of paint that practically grow over again within a few weeks. The paint developed by Kawasaki is supposed to do this much faster. The miracle paint is on all fairing parts that are not made of carbon.

Ninja H2R still with 310 hp

The new Kawasaki Ninja H2 will be available in the basic version in Mirror Coated Spark Black, while the Ninja H2 Carbon will be available in Mirror Coated Matte Spark Black with Golden Blazed Green.

The Kawasaki H2R is still the version without street legal. It remains largely unchanged, but takes over the new Brembo brake calipers and the new “Supercharged” emblem from the new Ninja H2. It continues to develop 310 hp at 11,500 rpm. We’ll still have the spit away.
