With the Kawasaki Z H2, the Greens bring a power naked bike with the charged four-cylinder. Meanwhile the price is also fixed.
With the Kawasaki Z H2 bring the Greens a power naked bike with the charged four-cylinder. The new Z H2 celebrated its premiere at the Tokyo Motor Show.
200 hp in naked bike
In order to meet this requirement, Kawasaki has poached a lot in the construction kit of the well-known H2 compressor models. The heart of the Z H2 is of course the 998 cm³ inline four-cylinder with supercharging. The power is given by the Greens with 200 hp at 11,000 tours. This means that the Z H2 is on par with the Ninja H2 sports touring version. The maximum torque is 137 Nm at 8,500 rpm.
Kawasaki
The engine of the new power naked bike should crack the 200 hp mark.
The four-cylinder again hangs in a steel tubular space frame that has been modified for the naked bike. A Showa Big Piston fork leads in front, the rear wheel is gripped by an aluminum double swing arm with upper cables. Radially attached Brembo M4 calipers act on the front 290 double disc brake system. The further lines with the aggressively styled double front headlights and the high, slim rear end follow the Sugomi design, like the Z900. The intake air duct on the left to the compressor, which is kept red, is striking. The powerful rear silencer on the right-hand side is dominant. Standard are the 17-inch cast rims with a 120/70 tire at the front and a 190/55 roller at the rear. The suspension travel is 120 and 134 mm, the tank holds 19 liters, the seat height is specified as 830 mm.
Lots of control electronics on board
The entire lighting of the Kawasaki Z H2 is based on LED technology, the cockpit bundles all information in a TFT display with various display modes and Bluetooth connectivity, for example to integrate smartphones. The display can be operated using buttons on the left handlebar fitting.

The technical features of the Kawasaki Z H2 include an automatic gearshift with blipper function, traction control, lean ABS, various driving modes and wheelie control. If you want to know, you can scratch the 300 km / h mark with the Z H2. Kawasaki has meanwhile also commented on the prices: ex works, the Z H2 in black paintwork costs 17,095 euros. Including the transfer, 17,495 euros are due. The Z H2 is offered in the color combinations green / black, gray / red and black / gray.
