Family loyalty

With the new model year, KTM is also bringing the 390 Duke closer to the brand Naked flagship, the Super Duke R..

Preserved with all updates and revisions KTM the close relationship of the three smallest Duke variants. The rear frame has also recently been screwed on to the 390, but powder-coated in white. She also shares the flat 13.4-liter tank with her smaller Duke sisters.

LED found its way into the angular headlamp housing; the KTM MY RIDE electronics package is available as an option for the redesigned TFT display: it allows the hands-free function and an MP3 player to be operated via the dashboard and its menu switches.

In the now binding Euro4 homologation with ride-by-wire control, the engine still delivers 32 kW / 44 PS. Nevertheless, the KTM 390 Duke has to be throttled for the A2 driving license, as it falls below the required power-to-weight ratio of 0.2 kg / kW – with a dry weight of 149 kg it is simply too light.
