KTM 1190 RC8 R TRACK 2012

Menus

Ready to race! This is the slogan of KTM. This definition could not be better suited to this track version of the RC8 sports car. The 1190 RC8 R track is a pure track tool, and meant for nothing else. You don’t even have to remove the road hardware… There is not any. This motorcycle has been designed for the circuit only, and may be entered as is in an FIM Superstock championship; it is approved for. It does not encumber headlights, tread tires or passenger footrests. With the equipment on it, you can hit a stopwatch immediately after purchasing it. To get the most out of its big 180 hp twin (a big grip more than the RC8 R), the RC8 R Track has White Power racing suspension, forged Marchesini rims, monobloc radial brake calipers. Brembo, slick tires, an Akrapovic exhaust, a set of racing parts from the KTM PowerParts competition department (including a shifter, a special cylinder head gasket, a new wiring harness, etc.), with a reduced weight at 173 kilos (9 lighter), and a white-orange fairing ready to race – you just have to put your sponsors and a race number on it.

Here are the specifics of this KTM RC8 R Track:
