EBR is building some new bikes

The Buell brand may never die. Now the owner of EBR has announced that they will build three new EBR 1190 superbikes. Further models are to follow.

In 2016, Bill Melvin had the leftovers from Eric B.uell Racing (EBR) taken over. Now the entrepreneur wants to breathe new life into the brand. It is planned to build three models of the EBR 1190 by hand. All should be equipped with an individual special paint. The new Buell models should also be eligible for approval in the USA.

Further models are to follow

The injection-fed, 1,190 cm³ V-Twin in the EBR 1190 is said to produce 185 hp. Other features of the superbike include the tank integrated into the aluminum frame and the internal disc brake system on the front wheel with eight-piston saddle.

EBR has not yet announced anything about the prices of the new special series. The EBR 1190, which has now been launched as a small series, is to be followed by other models. Bill Melvin’s goal is to keep the Buell brand alive as an exclusive offer.
