Clash of genres and cultures for the rebirth of Morini. After so many years, the Italian manufacturer comes back to life and immediately presents 2 new models for the Bologna show. Let’s discover here a boiling roadster with a big heart: the Corsaro. A muscular, aggressive machine, of which we can read through the design a certain inspiration from flagship models of other manufacturers. A double tailpipe mix of 2005 MT-01 and Speed Triple, a very Ducati trellis frame, an MV-Agusta Brutale tank, a Triumph Speed double lens … Never mind. The Corsaro gives off its own identity, nervous and mean.
Do you like the inverted fork? Look instead at the exhaust pipes, whose welded sections resemble those of 2-stroke. Does the big twin seem sturdy to you? He is reported to tear off the arms. Forget the Ducati S4R or Aprilia Tuono. La Morini is not going to hesitate to jostle his compatriots. The twin 1180 cc spits 140 hp and more than 12 mkg. A boiler with very super-square dimensions, equipped with 4 valves per cylinder and fed by 54 mm injection bodies. Morini is on target, because the time is right for the sport roadster. Part-cycle question, rigor is required. The inverted fork is a 50mm diameter model. The swinging arm has a large section and the qualities of a trellis frame are well established. The prices of the Corsaro are in line with the niche of the machine: the high-end sporty roadster.
