Brand cup with V7 III models
Moto Guzzi is making a factory return to the racetrack in 2019. With the Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance Trophy, the Italians start a one-make cup in which modified V7 III models are driven.

the Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance Trophy is organized together with the Italian motorcycle sport federation FMI. Five races are planned, each lasting 60 minutes. There are two pilots in each team. It starts with the LeMans start. The driver change will take place at half time of the race.
Well-known racetracks
The Moto Guzzi V7 III, which is ennobled to a racing bike with a special parts kit developed by Guareschi Moto, was chosen as the Cup motorcycle. Entirely intended, the racing machine looks like a reincarnation of the legendary Moto Guzzi Le Mans I. Every driver must have at least an FMI license.
The five races of the Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance Trophy are to be held as part of the IMF Vintage Speed Meets on renowned Italian race tracks.
Racing machine in the Le Mans I style
Moto Guzzi does not provide any information on the scope of the racing modifications. However, the pictures of the brand cup machines already give some idea of it.

Here the Le Mans I greets clearly.
The look of the cup machines is determined by a small cockpit cladding and start number plates on the side of the hump seat. The V2 is strengthened by a Zard stainless steel sports exhaust system. At the rear spring and dampen Ohlins stereo struts and the fork seems to be equipped with new cartridges. In addition, there are obviously new steering stubs and a new footrest system as well as a front spoiler and a protective bar for the handbrake lever.
