Honda SH Mode 125 model year 2021
Contemporary modernized
A new engine, new frame and fresh styling characterize the appearance of the 125 SH model, which is slipping into the German model range for the 2021 model year.
I.In the 125cc class, the Honda SH scooter has been on the market since 2014 – at times also in Germany, but not recently. For the 2021 model year, it will be extensively refreshed in order to be able to keep pace with the demands of young customers.
LED headlights and more storage space
The 2021 model of the SH 125’s front headlight is contemporary with LED technology. In order to have even more space for legs and cargo, the footwell is ten millimeters longer. The interior paneling now has a small storage compartment on the left, which with a USB socket is predestined for smartphone transport. The storage compartment under the seat grows by half a liter to 18.5 liters. Luggage hooks are used to secure loads. The smart key system, which is new on the 125, promises more ease of use.

New engine with start-stop
The 125 four-stroke engine is completely new with an integrated starter generator and a start-stop system that can be switched off. The water-cooled four-valve engine develops 12.3 hp and provides 12.1 Nm of torque. Trimmed for maximum efficiency and of course Euro 5, it should only consume two liters per 100 kilometers. Together with a 5.5 liter tank, ranges of up to 275 kilometers are possible.
The new frame made of pressed steel reduces weight and increases driving stability. A slightly modified steering geometry increases the agility. New 16-inch cast wheels at the front and 14-inch rear with low-friction tires round off the chassis update.
The 2021 model of the Honda SH Mode 125 in the colors Pearl Jasmine White, Matt Techno Silver Metallic, Poseidon Black Metallic and now Candy Noble Red is rolling out to dealers. Honda has not yet given any prices.
