The three finalist projects of the first are now known … and it’s up to you to vote to elect your favorite project on the basis of! Among the 40 applications received – which presented "many interesting and creative projects", emphasizes BMW Motorrad France -, the jury has some … and the three selected are now awaiting your judgment !
The jury composed of Fred Krugger (double AMD Custom Bike world champion), Ola Stenegard (head of motorcycle design at BMW Motorrad), Jan Kounen (director and fan of custom bikes), the motorcycle and lifestyle blog 4H10, the magazine Lui (yes, that of your 15 years relaunched by Frederic Beigbeder in 2013) and of course Marcel Driessen, director of BMW Motorrad, had "long discussions to determine the three finalist projects as the quality of the applications received was remarkable", assures BMW by emphasizing that "the French preparers have their say on the subject".
Project n ° 1: 37 Legacy
This "Heritage" project is inspired by the lines of the famous, world speed champion in her time. Modernized in a sober, pure and neo-futuristic style "in homage to the time of the pioneers", it nevertheless incorporates modern technologies..
Project n ° 2: Inglorious Bastards
This “legendary custom” project is inspired by the heyday of sidecars, where BMW held a leading position. "The emphasis is on style but also on comfort," says BMW. The aim is to "try what has never been dared before on the R nineT"…
Project n ° 3: Georg Meier Special

It is now up to you to play by voting for until May 4. But for the votes to be blind, BMW will not disclose the name of the preparers until the final result, on May 11….
