Yamaha continues its Yard Built motorcycle preparation program with the XV950 Boltage from the Bender brothers and the SR400 Stallion as well as the SR400 Bronco from Kedo. Three new preps to be discovered at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan.

XV950 Boltage by Bender

Based on the, Raphael and Christian Bender deliver a nice interpretation in the cafe racer spirit, with handlebar bracelets and Hattech silencer opening under the new rounded rear shell. The saddle, the front fender and the tank are made by hand by the two German brothers.

SR400 Stallion and SR400 Bronco by Kedo

After having participated for the first time in the Yard Built project by collaborating with Wrenchmonkees on the, Kedo (a German specialist in spare parts) gets involved more personally through two frankly well-made preparations, always on the basis of the .

The SR400 Stallion adopts perforated side covers and a minimalist front fender, metallic blue paintwork and rectangular headlight trims.

The addition of an aluminum swingarm, black spoke rims with polished edges, sportier shock absorbers, footpegs and brakes, a new saddle and Kedo flat handlebars complete this transformation..

In the same spirit but more typical Scrambler, the SR400 Bronco is distinguished by its studded tires installed on 18-inch spoke rims, its raised handlebars, its long flat saddle and its tiny round tail light placed on the redesigned fender.. 

Its sporty side is affirmed by its triple tree and its aluminum swingarm, its rear shocks with separate cylinder and its digital instrumentation also used on the Stallion. Other preparations are underway as part of the Yamaha Yard Built project, including a "daring" version of the VMax simmered by JVB Moto to celebrate 30 years of Iwata’s urban dragster … !
