Tokyo Motor Show 2017: Yamaha goes the extra mile on the three-wheeler
Yamaha is taking advantage of the 45th edition of the Tokyo Motor Show 2017 to exhibit two models of future three-wheelers: the Niken, already seen, is intended for bikers with its solid cycle part and its MT-09 engine, while the Tritown, so electric scooter, is for everyone ! Presentations.
Unveiled in 2014 in Cologne, Yamaha’s three-wheeled motorcycle concept was the following year at the Tokyo Motor Show, leaving no doubt about the engine that could potentially equip it: the 3-cylinder of the !
In 2017, the machine is back at the Japanese show with a new – and definitive? – name: Niken, which we can literally translate as "two sabers". In its official video below, the firm with three (!)
