Victory unveils its Empulse TT electric motorcycle (Brammo)
Created from scratch by Polaris in 1998, Victory relies on the expertise of Brammo – another brand of the Polaris group – to launch an electric motorcycle. Called Empulse TT, it will be marketed at the end of 2015 on American soil. In 2016 in France ?
