Roadster - 2013 Street Triple R Test: an & quot; R & quot; of a brawler! - A very good vintage

Unveiled at the Intermot show in Cologne, the 2013 Triumph 675 Street Triple vintage will arrive in dealerships in mid-November. Moto-Net was able to try it in version "R" in the vicinity of Almeria, in Spain, during its official presentation to the press.. Test.

A very good vintage

As you will have understood, Site particularly appreciated this new evolution of the Triumph Street Triple 675, enhanced by a new more robust and light aluminum chassis, as well as by an improved geometry..

In addition, Triumph France has indeed made a point of keeping attractive prices for these small roadsters (see our Interview with Jean-Luc Mars at the last Intermot show in Cologne), especially in this "R" version since it will be sold for € 8790, or 200 € less than the previous vintage. The "R" version with ABS will only cost an additional 200 €, or 8990 € !

The basic Street Triple will for its part still be offered at € 7,990 (€ 800 less than the "R"), and will dispense with adjustable suspensions, the windshield and the decoration specific to the "R" model. It will rise to € 8,390 (+ € 400) in the ABS version … A small commercial maneuver aimed at promoting sales of the Street "R" ABS, truly attractive but not available before mid-December.

Color question finally, the Street Triple R is available in "Phantom Black", "Crystal White" and "Matt Graphite", with the rear buckle, the radiator fairing and the inner circle of the wheels painted in red. The standard version is for its part available in "Phantom Black", "Crystal White" and "Caribbean Blue" colors..
