There are so many superstars in the room, past, present and future, and so many who didn’t make the final list and who perhaps deserved it too: it’s an amazing night for sport, of which the nation can be proud. It’s wonderful to be here tonight to receive this award for my sport, for myself and for my country. I am truly honored to put motorcycling in the spotlight, across the UK. This weekend is the icing on the cake of an incredible 2017 for me.
