According to his post-operative reactions, the French pilot could join a Parisian hospital at the end of the week to continue his convalescence in a department specializing in traumatology. Let us hope that this return to the country will benefit the recovery of the last French winner of a race in the premier class (Valence 1999 in 500 cc) !
Daniele Carli, boss of DFX Corsica, has also announced the appointment of Lorenzo Lanzi to replace Regis Laconi at the Salt Lake City race on May 31. A name that is not unknown in the small world on Superbike, since Lanzi has already replaced Laconi within the official Ducati team in 2006…
