Smooth controls, progressive clutch at will, impeccable balance at low speed, ultra light steering and the sober block of the Daytona which benefits from a very present and constant torque: the equation is close to faultless! At a sustained pace, only the rear shock absorber is a bit limiting, but nothing more. The braking is good and the flights of the "Tripeul" only provoke the desire to start again, again and again !

Triumph released the R version a little over a year later. With suspensions and brakes inherited from the Daytona, and aggressive paintwork, we have a weapon of war in our hands! Suddenly, with the help of success, Triumph did not revamp its Street until the beginning of 2011. Technically unchanged or almost, the facelift only concerns cosmetics. We have to wait another good year for the new 2013 vintage models.
