The Chinese manufacturer Keeway, including the, announces the marketing of a new small RKX roadster available in three cylinders (125, 150 and 200 cc) and a new CityBlade scooter which will be offered with a 125 cc or 150 cc engine..

RKX 125, 150 and 200

Simple, light (133 kg dry) and sleek to the max, the RKX 125 (also available in 150 and 200 cc) benefits from a cool design largely inspired by contemporary roadsters, notably the Kawasaki ER6-N. It has pretty 17 ”wheels with five-spoke aluminum alloy rims, a bronze anodized inverted fork, a shock absorber anchored in the lateral position on the right side, wave discs (front 2 piston caliper), a long two-seater two-level saddle, large passenger grab handles, a 16-liter tank and a small windscreen.

It is powered by a single overhead camshaft, single overhead cam, 4-stroke single cylinder, carburettor-powered and air-cooled.

Its power is 11.5 horsepower at 9,000 rpm for a torque of 9.2 Nm at 7,500 rpm. The 150 cc is given for 13 hp and the 200 cc – which has a liquid cooling system – for 17 hp.

It should be offered in black, white, blue, red and orange colors with different graphics, at a price probably attractive but still unknown..

Cityblade Scooter

On the scooter side, the CityBlade 125 (also available in 150) displays a relatively compact but nevertheless plush size, perfectly suited to the city. It has large 14-inch front and rear wheels, a short smoke bubble, a front face incorporating a double optical headlight, crystal indicators integrated into the fairing, a two-seater seat with pilot backrest and non-slip coating and anti vibration.

The CityBlade also has a handy flat floor (with retractable bag hook housed on the apron), a 7-liter fuel tank and a trunk under the seat that accepts a jet helmet with screen. Braking is provided by 240 and 220 mm discs with two piston calipers at the front.

The engine is entrusted to a 4-stroke single cylinder with a power of 7 forced air cooled and powered by a carburetor. Figures may be a little fair compared to the competition, despite a dry weight of 122.5 kg. However, the manufacturer announces a top speed of 85 km / h. This scooter should be available in black, blue, red and pearl gray, with different saddle colors, as well as a mixed black / matt black color..

It remains to know the price and availability of these two new products … MNC will conduct the investigation from the opening of the EICMA show in Milan to the press on Tuesday, November 5: stay tuned !
