New presentation of the Vespa Sei Giorni

Special model of the Vespa GTS 300

Piaggio presents the Vespa Sei Giorni – a special model of the GTS family, which is supposed to commemorate the Sei Giorni from 1951.

The Vespa Sei Giorni is a special edition of the Vespa GTS 300 and a homage to the victories of the Sei Giorni Internationale di Varese (currently six days) in 1951. The manufacturer Piaggio developed the Vespa Sei Giorni especially for the race. Nine gold medals were won with her.

The Vespa Sei Giorni (2017) is powered by a single-cylinder four-stroke engine with a displacement of 278 cm³, four valves and electronically controlled fuel injection. The engine has 21.2 hp at 7,750 rpm. Overall, it should bring the special model to 118 km / h top speed.

Vespa Sei Giorni costs 6,390 euros

The design of the Vespa Sei Giorni takes up many of the style elements of its predecessor from 1951: the headlights, tubular handlebars and the black start number plates with the white # 6 resemble the original. The black rims with red lines, the black cover of the silencer and the red frame of the type plates as well as the ribbed upholstery of the seat are striking.

The 2-channel ABS and the LED daytime running lights ensure safety. There is a shelf under the bench and a USB port in the glove compartment.

The Vespa Sei Giorni (2017) is available from Piaggio Group partners. It is not limited. The recommended price including additional transport costs is 6,390 euros.
