Mondial 2007: meeting at Porte de Versailles from September 29 to October 7 !

The 2007 Mondial du Deux Roues will be held from September 29 to October 7 at Porte de Versailles. With the 2008 novelties of course, but also an exhibition on motorcycles in the cinema, the Used Motorcycle Show and many other events ! Taste.

The 2007 Mondial du Deux Roues will be held from September 29 to October 7, 2007 in Halls 1 and 2 of Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles in Paris. Request the program !

Building on the success achieved in 2005, with more than 380,000 visitors and 2,200 journalists from 44 countries, the 2007 Mondial du Deux Roues now counts "more than 871 registered brands from 31 countries, with an already reserved area of ​​more than 35,000 m2 including 9,000 for bicycles and 26,000 for motorcycles", specifies the organizer, AMC Promotion.

In addition to the eagerly awaited 2008 novelties, several events will be presented, notably with 125 cm3 test tracks, demonstrations of mini-motorcycles, mini-quads and scooters, as well as debates.

Exhibition "motorcycle and cinema"

An exceptional exhibition on "The motorcycle and the cinema" will also present on more than 600 m2 motorcycles, sidecars and cinematographic documents on the main motorcycling films from the dawn of cinema to the present day, "since the motorcycle and the cinema were both born at the end of the 19th century", specifies the organizer.

Among these mythical motorcycles, we will find in particular the famous Triumph of Steve Mc Queen in The great Escape, the BMW sidecar from The big mop, the Yamaha Batcycle with self-propelled sidecar from Robin in Batman, the crew of the Dnepr sidecarIndiana Jones and of The Last Crusade with Harrisson Ford and Sean Connery, etc.

This journey through the world of cinema and motorcycles is the result of more than twenty years of research carried out by Constantino Frontalini and his team at the Sidecar Museum in Cingoli, Italy.

Second Used Motorcycle Show

The 2007 edition of the Mondial two-wheeler also renews the used motorcycle show inaugurated in 2005, with various distributors and dealers who will offer visitors the possibility to choose a motorcycle or a scooter among more than 800 used models on display. . As a reminder, remember that in 2005 nearly 300 used motorcycles were sold on site.
